Tabbed Notebook #5 (& updated)

Here is the fifth in the series.  I have decided to make a left side mirror image page of each template as well, so they can be used as a two-page spread.  Coming up after #6 is published.

The Tabbed 2 template for Storybook had a mistake in it.  I have corrected it and the link should take you to the corrected version now.  Sorry about that,  and I do appreciate hearing from you if you discover an error in any of my stuff.  I can't fix it if I don't know about it!
